Shipping Policy
U.S shipping only. Shipping times may take approximately 5-7 business days. Shipping price is not included in the cost of the candle(s) and will be added during checkout. Tracking numbers will be provided following the completion of purchase.
La Candela is not responsible for lost shipments. Please check the tracking number provided for updates on delivery. If the order has not been received by approximate promise date, customers will need to work with the United States Postal Service (USPS) for resolution. Returned shipments due to incorrect address will be subject to additional shipping fees.

Exchange Policy
All sales are final. However, if the item arrived broken or you are experiencing issues with it, please contact candelabykiana@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt and provide photo/video evidence. Product is not eligible for exchange if the claim is not submitted within 48 hours. We will try to handle product issues as best as possible.
